Here at Knaus Sausage House, we specialize in wild game processing. We process venison, bear, elk, moose, caribou, and antelope. Your wild game can be custom cut the way you like it. Each wild game is cut individually to ensure you receive your own steaks, chops, roasts, and hamburger. You can also bring in your trimmings to be processed into sausage. All sausages are made from bulk trimmings.
